Terms of Service
General:
- I won't take any responsibility for any misunderstanding or mistake that may happen if you do not read these Terms of Service. Ignorance of them is not exempt from compliance.- Please provide with at least one reference for you solicitude.- Please be clear about the requested content, this with the intention of avoiding abrupt changes in the drawing creation process.- You must consider that the price could increase with the complexity of the drawing.- I won't take any responsibility for mistakes that may occur because of lack of references (or outdated ones) or bad/poor descriptions. You have to be very specific!- By commissioning me, you'll get a DIGITAL drawing. No Prints nor other physical products.- I have the right to refuse a commission. uwu- It may take from one (1) to six (6) days to deliver your commission depending on the amount of details/complexity.- Rush orders have a +50% fee.- If you need your commission finished before a certain date, tell me before payment/ordering so I can confirm if I can have your drawing
finished on time.- Please do NOT copy / trace / sell / heavily reference / use without permission (from me or the commission's owner) / edit any of my
works.- Paying for the copyright will cost you $30 more (You will see the benefits later).
Payment & Refunds:
- Payment will be after the sketch or before.- Prices can be in USD,ARS, Nitro, Robux or Steam giftcard.- In the case of USD the only method available will be PayPal.- In the case of ARS the payment will be by MercadoPago.- Base prices can increase if the commission details are very meticulous or extensive demands.- If I started your commission and then find myself unable to complete it, I'll give you a partial refund depending on how much I progressed on it. In case you have not started your order, the refund will be 100% (Not counting Paypal taxes)
Working methods:
- Full payment (100%) must be done before starting your commission.- Please request your drawing at least a week earlier of the date needed.- The lineart and the color phases can be changed and will be charged depending on the complexity of the change.- I'll show you W.I.Ps from time to time to make sure everything is ok. If I don't show you a WIP, that means I don't have anything new yet.- Changes to the sketch can be made at any time- I will notify you when your commission begins.- If I have any delay for the commission I will let you know in time.
